GABA Mood and Sleep Assist features PharmaGABA®, a bioavailable form of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA).

60 Vegetarian Capsules (Vcaps®)

BENEFITS

·      PharmaGABA® is produced using a specialised fermentation process using Lactobacillus hilgardii, a beneficial bacteria that’s also used to make Kimchi, a traditional Korean vegetable dish. This lactic acid bacteria is fed nutrients, including glutamic acid from sugar cane, to produce a high level of GABA which is then concentrated through a filtration process.

·     PharmaGABA® is manufactured to optimise absorption. As a supplement, this naturally produced GABA may enhance GABA levels in the body and may be more effective than synthetic GABA.[1]

·    GABA functions as the main inhibitory neurotransmitter within the central nervous system that directly affects stress management, and sleep quality. [2],[3],[4],[5]

·       PharmaGABA® is designed to;

o   Assist the body cope with environmental stress and relieve symptoms of stress.

o   Support mental focus, and a healthy stress response.[6]

o   Promote sleep quality. May reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and relieve restless sleep to help restore healthy sleeping patterns.[7],[8]
