Terms of service
This portal provides product information and access exclusively to licensed healthcare professionals. The following is a summary of the key terms that govern your use of this site. It is not a substitute for the full Policy Pack, which you are encouraged to read in its entirety.
- You must hold a current, valid professional licence or registration in your jurisdiction, in good standing with your regulatory body.
- Account applications are subject to independent verification of your licence status, registration number, and institutional details.
- Access is not available to members of the general public. Any order that appears to originate from a non-practitioner will be cancelled and refunded.
- Approval grants the right to purchase for professional use, recommendation, or dispensing within your own practice only — not for resale or redistribution to third parties.

No medical claims are made or should be implied. All clinical decisions regarding recommendation, dispensing, or prescription remain the sole professional responsibility of the treating practitioner.

- Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Unopened product in original packaging may be returned within 30 days (return authorisation required). Opened or used product is non-returnable.
- We collect practitioner identity, licence, and order information for verification, fulfilment, and regulatory compliance. We do not collect or store patient health information.
