Each serving consists of 2 sprays (0.3 mL) administered to the inside of the cheek (buccal membrane), providing 5 mg of CBD .
Individuals new to CBD supplementation are encouraged to begin with a low dose and gradually increase under the guidance of their healthcare practitioner to determine the lowest effective dose for their individual needs. Example Titration Guide
Days 1–3: 1 spray, three times daily
Days 4–6: 2 sprays, three times daily, if required
Days 7–9: 3 sprays, three times daily, if required\n
If additional support is required, dosing frequency may be increased gradually to a maximum of five dosing occasions per day , under the guidance of a healthcare practitioner.
Do not exceed 150 mg CBD per day.
